Dr. Pang graduated from UCLA in 1999. He is the managing doctor of the practice and has a great team of doctors and staff who work beside him. Though Dr. Pang focuses on dental restoration, he puts even greater emphasis on dental hygiene and preventive care. He speaks Mandarin, Taiwanese, and English. In his free time, he loves to learn about cars and motorcycles as well as find new places to explore with his wife.

Dr. Lee’s journey in dentistry began in the Midwest. She graduated from Northwestern University Dental School, in Chicago, Illinois, in 1996 with a focus on general dentistry. Dr. Lee practiced in Illinois and New Jersey for 19 years before she moved to California in 2015. Shortly after moving to California, she joined our team here at Dublin Dental Care. She speaks Korean and English. When she has free time, she enjoys taking walks and jogging and very recently took up golfing.

Dr. Chang started her dental career in Taiwan after graduating from National Yang Ming University Dental School in 2000. She completed her periodontal residency and practiced there for more than 10 years. In 2014, she moved to the U.S. for further training at the University of California, San Francisco, International Dentist Program. She joined our team in 2018, known for her meticulous and patient-centered care. Dr. Chang is fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese, and English. She enjoys traveling and hiking in her free time.

Victor Hwang DDS, MS, is a native of the East Bay Area. He was born in San Francisco and raised in Walnut Creek. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics at UCLA. as an undergraduate. He attended Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2001. He decided to pursue further training in dentistry by completing a one-year fellowship AEGD at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 2002. He returned to the Bay Area to practice full time in private practice as a general dentist for about three years in Pleasant Hill, California. During that period he also served as a part-time clinical instructor at the UCSF school of Dentistry. After practicing general dentistry, he discovered his passion for dentistry was in endodontics.

Dr. Lim was borned and raised in San Francisco. She graduated from UOP in 2013. Not long after graduating, this San Francisian joined our office in 2015. She is also part of many organizations including CDA, ADA, and SCCDS. Her focus throughout her dental career has been in preventive and restorative. Dr. Lim does her best to keep with the current trends of dentistry through continued education. Many kids love her as she has very gentle hands and a light touch. When she’s not busy cleaning teeth and fixing cavities, she enjoys traveling and finding delicious food spots.

Dr. Oka is an oral surgeon who comes to our office about once a month, on the third Wednesday of the month. He has a Dental Degree, Medical Degree and a Master’s degree in Physiology. Dr. Oka completed his oral maxillofacial surgery training at UCSF hospital which is also where he completed medical school. He also works on staff with San Mateo Medical Center hospital. When he’s not working, he is spending time with his three daughters.

Dr. Lai grew up in Taiwan and came to the United States to study orthodontics. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) School of Dentistry, where she also received the honor of being inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) National Dental Honor Society. Dr. Lai completed her Masters in Dental Science and Certificate in Orthodontics from the University of Rochester, New York. She was awarded 2nd place of Charley Schultz Resident Scholar Award for her scientific research at annual meeting of American Association of Orthodontists (AAO).
Dr. Lai has provided orthodontic services to patients for the past 15 years and is passionate about the art and science behind orthodontics. She recognizes that orthodontics can be life-changing, improving not only oral health, but transforming confidence and emotional well-being as well.
